NetSetGo Term 3, 2025 Information and registration

Woolworths NetSetGO is a fun, safe and active program for girls and boys aged 5-10 years old. It gives kids of all abilities a positive introduction to netball and teaches them the basic skills of the sport.

Each week your child will take part in skill based activities, minor games and modified matches that will help them develop fundamental movement skills, as well as important social skills like team work.
 

NET - Pick up basic skills, get ready to run a lot, catch a lot and play a lot of ball games.
SET - Get a bit more netball-focussed. Play practice matches, learn to pivot and work on those lightning passes.
GO - Build on the fundamentals and play modified netball matches and get to grips with more advanced drills.
This program acts as a direct feeder into our competitive U/9 and U/11 teams.

We will be running all three tiers of NetSetGO in Term 3, 2025. All our tiers have friendly coaches and lots of skills instruction. Where players start will depend on their age and netball experience.

Where: Bryan Martyn Oval, Newport.
When: Saturday Mornings
Dates: Program dates: Saturday 26th July to Saturday 13th September (8 weeks)
Cost: $50 for the term program.

Please note that all participants will require a 2025 Netball Victoria membership (Netball Connect) in addition to the program fee. This is paid directly to Netball Victoria and is valid for the whole of 2025. This fee not only covers your child's insurance, but they will also receive a pack, containing a netball and a t -shirt. This link will appear in the registration form. This fee is $99 and is a 1 off annual payment. (Participants who have already paid for their netball Connect membership this year will not need to pay again).
